These wide-open double doors give the family an unexpected lookout over quiet Lake Como. A 3D visualization gave the homeowner everything they needed in order to see this space come to life!

A multi-glide door opens up to a raised patio with a covered outdoor kitchen. The outdoor space is decked with amenities including a built-in grill, pizza oven, covered dining area, outdoor bathroom and shower, fire pit, and a pool with a resistance swimming system.

At the Jersey Shore, the cool temperatures of the Atlantic Ocean can cut into the warm summer air, shortening the window to fully enjoy the season. Radiant heating reverses the trend, extending outdoor living by months on both sides of summer.
Meanwhile, the front porch—functionally and aesthetically an important part of any Shore home—is built to make the best use of space with its railings placed on the outside rather than impeding the sitting area.
