Custom home building is our passion, joy, and profession. The more you want to be a part of the process, the more we’ll bring you into the project. In a completely custom build, we meet with you every two weeks to review selections and any modifications. Along the way, your final budget comes into focus based on the fluid design decisions.

DESIGNER SPECIFIED
We recognize that working with a custom home builder can feel like a full-time job. Our designer specified track is ideal for people who appreciate custom design but might not have the time to dedicate to every detail. This option allows you to confirm your finishes and budget upfront. You can then leave the rest to us, with minimal input required from you during construction.
A designer specified home is still custom, with a combination of your personal touches, our professional experience, and our partners’ recommendations.
PRE AND POST CONSTRUCTION
Our first contract includes site engineering and permitting, so we’re ready to build from a regulatory standpoint. We then move into design, procurement, and construction.
When construction is complete, we schedule a professional cleaning, conduct a final inspection, and make any necessary touch-ups for your home to be move-in ready. We’ll even schedule furniture deliveries and register appliances.
