The owners teamed up with architect Jason Lusardi and CMM to design their perfect home on a 9,200-square-foot lot in Avon-by-the-Sea, New Jersey. The location brought the opportunity to double down on curb appeal from both the river and the road.

The wrap-around porch is made to entertain in style. Under a mahogany ceiling, with views of the Shark River and that perfect ocean breeze, family time is all the more memorable.

Inside the 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home, the owners enjoy an open concept living space achieved through creative ceiling treatments, box beams and trim work. Stained glass transoms, a traditional wood-burning fireplace, copper details, elegant curves and a nautical-inspired faux window make this home undeniably one of a kind.
