Groundbreaking Fireworks to Cap off 2024
When the sunshine and crowds of summer give way to the crispness and quietude of fall, it’s the perfect time to break ground on a custom home at the Shore. Many of our homeowners start the planning process while enjoying summer fun with their families, selecting everything from appliances and fixtures to flooring, doors, and hardware. This way, we’re set to start construction right after summer ends, with the goal of having a beautiful new Shore home ready for move-in by the time the next summer rolls around. Fall projects always make for an exciting end to the year at CMM.

A successful custom home build begins with a strong, collaborative foundation. Our partnerships bring local expertise and a shared vision for quality to each project, enabling us to craft homes that reflect our homeowners’ dreams in tune with the unique character of our region. In Fall 2024, we broke ground with Aquatecture on a new home in Belmar, and with N2 Architecture on a home in Avon-by-the-Sea. These are just a few of the many exciting projects we currently have in progress. We also recently broke ground on homes in Allenhurst, Wall, and several other townships.
