The distinction between a nice view and a spectacular one is often mathematical. We thoughtfully and strategically arranged the windows and doors to make the view look and feel like you’re on top of the water.
Now this is outdoor living.
The first floor opens to a poolscape including a spa tub, splash zone, outdoor kitchen, entertainment area, and outdoor shower. The outdoor living space has equal parts sun and shade, an arm’s length from the bay.

We mitigate the flood risk by raising the home, choosing flood resistant materials such as stone, and making sure all the concealed mechanical systems meet or exceed local requirements. The result is peace of mind to truly and fully embrace the coast.
